I suggest creating cash flow by buying real estate. I recommend real estate because it is an area I know well and understand, so it makes sense to me. Real estate is a great opportunity because you buy the asset and if it’s a rental property, the asset will provide cash flow even when you’re not working. That’s important. The cash flow is tax advantaged so you’ll pay less tax than you would on a 
traditional payroll job. This comes with huge advantages financially. The goal is to provide enough cash flow to cover your living expenses. Then, you have found financial freedom.
